Sterling Dax Peoples

All about me; motherfucker

From the on a train dept.

So I signed up for Google Voice a few weeks ago, I always left my voice messages sit on the phone, either from being unable to remember the PIN or forgetting. Google Voice does voice to text, and send the message as a text message, as well as an email, when I had to opportunity to get an invite, I jumped on it. The service has worked fine, the voice to text is the problem, it’s often correct enough that I get what the sender is saying, despite the mistakes the service makes. They also give you a new voicemail number to call, but I’ve yet to actually call it, I get both the email and the text on the Blackberry, so I see no need. Hopefully it will delete old messages in time to make room for new.
While most messages are decent enough to get the idea, some are pretty far off the mark. I was supposed to go ride with a friend yesterday, but the translation told me he was going fishing. I also spent enough at the Apple Store this weekend that BB&T put my debit card account on hold. They kindly called me to discuss it, a phone call I missed, and Voice gave me this message:

This message is for Sterling Peoples this is Elise. Evans i'm calling from the D V E N T debit card from on a train department if you will, please return my call back at 1555555 zeros at office number is 224 hours a day, seven days a week or Colin and please reference case number is 555555 and you have a great day.”

Great, I had no idea what they were talking about, so on my trip to the store, my card wouldn’t work. Oops. Good thing I actually had cash. I probably would have answered if it was from the run a train department!
